Commerce context
When enabled, Nova can assist with supported products, inventory, orders and operational workflows inside ProFulfil.
Nova operational AI
Operational AI that respects your permissions
Nova helps people understand and complete commerce work without receiving authority beyond the signed-in user's role.
Permission aware
Nova is bounded by the signed-in user's organisation, role and allowed actions; it does not create new authority.
People remain accountable
Actions that require review, approval or external provider access stay with the authorised person or service.
Each plan has a finite Nova provider-cost allowance. Availability remains bounded by service activation, role permissions, reservation and exhaustion controls. The allowance is not cash, wallet value, transferable credit or unlimited usage.
