What's Included With Every Account
Flexible storage from £9 per month
Choose one tote for £9 per month, two totes for £14, or a full storage column for £19. After a two-month ramp-up period, accounts dispatching 30 or more orders per month receive their first storage allocation free; a second tote is £7.
Professional pick & pack
Every order is picked from your allocated stock, packed carefully to the agreed specification, and prepared for dispatch — with pick & pack from £1.75 per single-item order.
Tracked delivery options
We work with trusted UK delivery services and select options to suit the parcel, destination and service required. Delivery charges are agreed clearly before dispatch.
Your packaging or ours
Use your own branded packaging or choose suitable standard packaging through ProFulfil. Packaging requirements and any related charges are agreed clearly for your account.
Returns handling
We can receive, inspect and process returned orders on your behalf, including agreed restocking and inventory updates. Standard returns handling is available from £1.50 per return.
Simple account setup
A £30 one-off account setup includes initial goods-in. Standard accounts have no monthly order minimum and operate on flexible terms with 30 days’ notice, subject to the agreed service terms.

Pick & pack is £1.75 per standard single-item order, plus £0.25 for each additional item. Returns are £1.50, the opening prepaid balance is £100, and shipping is charged per service.

Onboarding

Delivery
Send your stock to our Bolton premises. We'll receive it, check it in, and organise it in your agreed tote or storage-column allocation — ready for dispatch.
Orders Received
Orders are sent to ProFulfil through the agreed process for your store or marketplace. Where an integration is available and agreed, we can connect the order flow; otherwise we establish a reliable operational process with you.
Fulfilment
We pick, pack, and ship your orders to your customers. You focus on growing your business — we handle the daily dispatch, professionally and reliably.
