We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, compliance or reporting requirements. Client, transaction and accounting records are typically retained for six years after the business relationship ends; KYC evidence and payment-provider references are retained only for the applicable compliance and evidence period.
Access to KYC documents and payout-account references is restricted to authorised roles and service processes. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention process.
