Shipping and packaging are charged according to the service and materials used. Clients may provide their own suitable packaging.

30 fulfilled orders/month storage rule

A new account has a two-month ramp-up period. After that, at 30 fulfilled orders in a month, the first standard storage allocation becomes free. Additional storage remains chargeable; where two totes are used, the second tote is £7 under the current UK commercial rule.

Goods in

We receive suitable cartons and parcel deliveries for goods-in. ProFulfil UK does not offer pallet storage; tote and column storage allocations are agreed to suit the stock profile.

Dispatch

Orders move through pick, pack, shipping and tracking in the ProFulfil fulfilment workflow.

Prepaid account

Standard fulfilment accounts use a £100 prepaid balance. Charges are recorded against the commercial ledger.
